1. Service
Ski Lessons Livigno provides private ski lessons in Livigno, Italy. Lessons are delivered by certified instructors Pietro Arnoldi and Claudio.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the deposit via Revolut. The deposit is €10 per participant per hour. The remaining balance is paid in cash on-site before the lesson begins.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the lesson are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the lesson are non-refundable. In case of cancellation by the instructor due to adverse weather or force majeure, a full refund will be issued.
4. Liability
Skiing involves inherent risks. Participants take part at their own risk. Ski Lessons Livigno is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the activity unless caused by gross negligence of the instructor.
5. Equipment
Participants are responsible for their own ski equipment and lift passes. The instructor does not provide equipment rental.
6. Meeting Point
The meeting point and specific details will be confirmed in the booking confirmation email sent after payment.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the booking service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
