2. Data We Collect
When you make a booking we collect: full name, email address, phone number, number of participants, ski level, and preferred lesson dates and times. We do not collect payment card data — payments are processed via Revolut.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is used exclusively to: (a) manage and confirm your booking, (b) send a booking confirmation email with PDF summary, (c) contact you regarding your lessons. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Booking data is retained for up to 3 years for accounting and legal purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is stored on our secure hosting server. Booking notifications are sent via Telegram bot to our instructors only.
6. Your Rights

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only essential technical cookies may be set by the hosting infrastructure.
